Background & Experience

Tim has over 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry, spanning both agency and sales-side roles.

He began his career as a media agency planner/buyer before moving into media sales, where he helped launch and scale high-growth technology advertising platforms including Spotify, Reddit, and WeTransfer.

Tim’s experience includes building UK & EMEA market presence, supporting publisher launches, developing content teams and driving revenue through agency and direct advertiser relationships.

He also has extensive expertise in onboarding and managing third-party sales houses with a strong track record of working effectively across complex commercial structures.
